Gernot Preslmayer has worked in London, NYC, Berlin, Dublin, and Vienna—crafting impactful global brand solutions with design, strategy and writing.
In 2013, he co-founded Proxy, combining a brand studio and VC. He launched more than 28 start-up brands worldwide, like the acclaimed Oura Ring, earning recognition in Monocle, Creative Review, and many design blogs.
As Creative Director at Nokia Brand Studio, Gernot developed its first global brand identity system, including the bespoke font Nokia Pure with Dalton Maag, and collaborated with Microsoft brand teams.
He also worked at renowned firms like MetaDesign, Landor, Wolff Olins or Design Bridge and Partners—and had the honor of guest lecturing at prestigious institutions like SVA in New York and London College of Communication.
